This is a remote position based in the United States.

Summary:

The Marketing Intern will be responsible for assisting the marketing team in creating marketing reports and dashboards in Salesforce, assisting in the management of marketing tech systems like Asana, BambooBox, Rollworks, Hubspot, Salesloft, and providing insights to the marketing team. The ideal candidate should be data-driven and able to provide actionable insights from data. The Marketing Intern will report to the Marketing Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Create marketing reports and dashboards in Salesforce to provide visibility into key performance metrics.
  • Assisting in management of marketing tech systems like BambooBox, Rollworks, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.
  • Analyze data to provide insights to the marketing team and recommend actionable next steps
  • Assist in the creation of marketing campaigns by analyzing campaign data and providing insights to the marketing team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all marketing tech systems
  • Assist in the implementation of new marketing tech systems and processes
  • Participate in team meetings to stay up-to-date on marketing initiatives and share insights

Requirements:

  • Currently working on, or recently completed, their college degree in Marketing or related disciplines
  • Prior experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Prior Marketing experience is a plus!
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data to provide insights
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

This is a part-time position (15 hours a week) and offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, data analytics, and marketing technology.
