We are looking for a Salesforce Intern to join our growing team!


The Salesforce Intern collaborates with the team to define user requirements for current processes and map out future-state recommendations. Responsible for user management, resolving customer issues, and creating reports and dashboards for the sales community and use Salesforce Point and Click capabilities to enhance processes using process builders, workflows, and approval processes.


  • Undergrads, grad students, and recent college grads will be considered for this opportunity.
  • Ability to think through problems and make actionable recommendations.
  • Passionate about Salesforce with 6 months experience working in a Salesforce environment (internships included).
  • Comfortable using Data Import Wizard and Data Loader for data imports/exports/updates.
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards and has user management knowledge - creating new users, permission sets, profile and permission updates.
  • Strong Analytical skills and proficiency using large data sets in Excel.
  • Ability to write excellent requirement documentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing start-up.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com Point and Click tools such as Process builders, workflows, approval processes.
