Summary:

The Marketing Ops Manager will work to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation, database management and reporting. As needed, conduct complex data analyses that will be used to inform strategic decisions by stakeholders from across the company.

This is a 100% remote role, based in the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the HubSpot and Salesforce CRM power-user for the marketing team to implement and manage campaigns, programs and lead flow
  • Manage all technical aspects of the key marketing systems (Hubspot, Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo and Drift) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads
  • Manage the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the marketing database
  • Manage and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
  • Maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact and create new reports as needed
  • Manage the inbound lead flow ensuring that all lead capture and routing is in place
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, add-on applications and processes to improve and optimize marketing team performance
  • Develop training and documentation to ensure Marketers are fully enabled to use our Marketing technology

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required.
  • 3+ years of experience of marketing operations at a B2B Technology organization.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation systems (e.g. Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Hubspot, etc.)
  • 3+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience required.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions
