This is a remote position, based in Europe, preferably in UK, Benelux, Finland or Sweden.


We are looking for a Principal Consultant (PC) who will function in different roles as trusted advisor, solution architect, pre-sales consultant, change manager, and project manager.

As PC you are involved in pre-sales phase for demonstration and requirement collection and proposal definition.

You are involved in the solution definition with customers, capturing business requirements, and working with the development team and partners to define a proper solution. You are supporting customers to define business value and help monitor that business value is delivered.

You provide proactive application and implementation leadership to customers for their Rootstock Cloud ERP deployment projects. You are responsible for managing implementation services for customer accounts from sales transition through project Go Live and close-out.


  • Build strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
  • Maintain frequent client communication and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify business opportunities and convert them to projects.
  • Conduct meetings with clients and management to determine project scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Develop business proposals, SOWs, CRs and other reports when required.
  • Identify project risks and challenges and develop resolution plans.
  • Plan and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Identify major milestones and delivery dates, manage scope, track progress to detailed schedules and coordinate resources.
  • Creates and monitors project plans, schedules and reports, and manages all documentation pertaining to assigned projects.
  • Conducts regular status meetings with customers and team to assess progress against plan; performs re-forecasts of project variables as necessary throughout the project.
  • Provide support in developing functional and technical specifications.
  • Provide project trainings to clients as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a functional knowledge of Rootstock and Salesforce.
  • Acts as focal point for customer communications and escalations.
  • Additionally, can assist in defining and improving a projects approach with milestones and standard deliverables that can serve as a template for all implementation projects.


  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Ability to manage technical tasks for multiple projects simultaneously and set appropriate priorities between them.
  • Work in a multi-cultural and multi-timezones environment.
  • 3-5 years experience in enterprise software implementations and managing cross-functional projects with a high attention to details.
  • Flexible and quick learner with the ability to juggle and complete multiple priorities and projects (internally and externally) in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Proven track record of successful deployments as well as customer and team satisfaction.
  • Strong commitment to team success, proactively assisting project team members.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics in a friendly and approachable manner for diverse audiences.
  • Bonus knowledge of ERP or enterprise SaaS platforms.
