We are looking for a Sr. Technical Solutions Consultant (TSC) to join our growing team!

This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the United States.

Summary:

The TSC is responsible for consulting on technical functionality of both the Enterprise Rootstock ERP and the Salesforce platform. Responsibilities include leading business requirements and designing comprehensive solutions on Rootstock ERP including connecting with external applications. Additional responsibilities include consulting on Rootstock product APIs and best practices for integrations with Rootstock, Salesforce permissions, automation (workflow rules/ process builders/ flows), approval process, custom reporting and data transformation assistance.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality technical products and services to ensure customer success for both new and existing customers.
Provide proactive application and technical leadership to customers to support the customers’ project tasks on both the Salesforce Platform and Rootstock ERP.
Demonstrate a deep and thorough knowledge of the Rootstock ERP and Salesforce platform, as well as the creativity to apply knowledge to solve customer business cases.
Solicit, define and document customer business requirements and design the optimum solution to meet these requirements based on knowledge of Rootstock’s ERP and Salesforce.
Design and deliver integration of external systems with Rootstock ERP by defining integration business function, mapping, and behavior utilizing implementation methodology such as webservice APIs.
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers on behalf of Rootstock.
Maintain Rootstock ERP and Salesforce knowledge and skill.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent, from an accredited college or university.
Knowledge of ERP concepts around manufacturing and distribution including purchasing, manufacturing, order management, financials.
Experience with ERP business process re-engineering.
Experience designing and architecting solutions to complex business problems.
Solution architecting ‘on the fly’ as customers require different workflows using the ERP software.
Experience integrating systems utilizing Web Services (SOAP and REST), XML and outbound messaging.
Experience with Metadata and Data migration tools such as Gearset, Boomi, Informatica, Mulesoft, Dataloader I/O.
Technical Salesforce expertise or other technical expertise in an Enterprise environment such as Microsoft or Oracle.
Basic understanding of Apex, VisualForce and JavaScript lightning components a plus
